A small idyllic coastal village in the picturesque East Neuk of Fife, only 14 miles from St.Andrews. The village boasts a magnificent award winning long sandy beach which forms part of the coastal path linking all the coastal villages. It is ideally located for golf enthusiasts.
There is a 9 and 18 hole golf course, tennis courts, putting green and watersports centre where dinghy sailing, windsurfing, canoeing etc is available for all ages.
Accommodation details:
On the ground floor there is a wood panelled vestibule with latch door leading to large sitting room/dining area with beautiful stripped pine floor and matching original table and dresser, open fire. Newly fitted Shaker galley style kitchen with slate floors a double bedroom and bathroom with shower over the bath and slate floors.
First Floor has a twin bedded room simply but tastefully furnished and a single room with a built in cabin bed and original pine wall and freestanding drawers.

This beautiful cottage has a new Shaker Style Kitchen which includes washer/dryer, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave and a large pale blue SMEG fridge with freezer compartment. The cottage also has a colour TV with video, radio/CD player and comfort plus gas central heating and an open fire when required.
Additional Information
Travel Cot and Highchair can be provided at no extra cost.
The owner requests that no pets or smoking be permitted in the cottage.
Price Guide
- Short Break Rates : From £100 per night. (Dependant on season).
- Weekly rates £250 - £550 per week.
- Minimum two nights rental.

Arrival / Departure
- Arrival from 3pm onwards
- Departure by 11am
- Once final payment is made the owner of this apartment will contact guests to arrange exact arrival arrangements two weeks prior to arrival where possible.
