Prices will be quoted in £ sterling . At present we do not charge VAT.
Short breaks (two nights plus) are available at any time.
Long Stay prices on application.
Payment
To secure a reservation for our luxury self catering apartments in Edinburgh we require a third deposit.
Full payment is required four weeks prior to arrival. Six weeks for August / Edinburgh Festival Bookings and Christmas / New Year bookings.
We have the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive payment within our stated timings. Deposit of
one third of total to secure booking within 5 days ( if more than 4 weeks prior to arrival). Full payment four / six weeks in advance immediately.
No cheques will be accepted within 2 weeks of arrival date.
It is the guests reponsibility to ensure payment is made on time.
Cheques should be made payable to : Apple Property Management UK and posted to : 86 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5LQ
We accept all major credit and debit cards (excluding Amex) and cheques. A 2.5% charge will be applied to all credit / debit card transactions. We do not accept cash transactions.
Bank transfers in sterling will be accepted however please include an additional £15 admin charge in your
transfer.
We will not accept any foreign currency cheques
Security deposit is required. (see booking form for further details)
Cancellations: 4 or more weeks - loss of deposit Less than 4 weeks - loss of total holiday cost
Security Deposits
We require to hold either credit card details or cheque as a means of security. This is to protect us incase of
damage internally to the property or where we will receive external charges due to negligence of the guest. At the time we will estimate charges and this amount will be deducted from your card / deposit. Any balance left over once we receive the final bill will be refunded to you the guest.
